Temperatures are‍ expected‍ to remain stubbornly low, hovering just ⁢above freezing.”The public​ needs to add clothing in​ a ‌timely manner to prevent influenza, respiratory, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,” warned meteorological experts, emphasizing the ‌importance​ of staying warm ⁣during this prolonged period of cold and damp weather.
