Erabaru.net. Visits to the doctor are not always pleasant. But the patient in this humorous story doesn’t seem to have any problems being thoroughly examined.
A woman sits with a baby on her lap in the treatment room and waits for a doctor.
The doctor – an attractive young man – came in and examined the baby. When he put it on the scales, he found that it was a little less heavy. She asks if the baby is breastfeeding or getting the bottle.
“It’s being breastfed,” the woman replied.
“Then I asked you to go upstairs for an examination.”
Without hesitation, the woman put down her belongings and unbuttoned her shirt.
The doctor presses, squeezes, pinches and shakes both breasts with all proper medical care.
After she got dressed again, the doctor told her: “No wonder this baby is underweight. You have no milk at all!”
Grinning, the woman said: “I know. Because I am his grandmother. But I’m very happy to be here.”
Does it include medical malpractice? Well, at least the doctor didn’t do anything wrong despite the misunderstanding. And grandmother has a funny story that she can tell her daughter at home.(lidya/yn)
