Technologue.id, Jakarta – A technology company called Humane has tempted some people with its first device, namely AI Pin. In the near future, this device will be officially marketed.
According to The Verge, Thursday (9/11/2023), ahead of its launch, a lot of information was circulating regarding the specifications of AI Pin. The loudest rumor is that AI Pin is priced at IDR 11 million and users are charged a monthly subscription fee of IDR 350 thousand.

The Humane AI Pin is a minimalist square-shaped device that can be pinned to clothing like a ‘pin’. This device is supported by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and will be supported by GPT-4 artificial intelligence.
Not only that, Humane AI Pin is equipped with a camera and motion sensors for tracking and recording. There is also an internal speaker that can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth.

Interestingly, the Humane AI Pin does not have a screen to view the device’s display but is replaced with a green laser projector that can be projected on the user’s hand.
Humane wants to make the AI Pin a stand-alone device and not a smartphone accessory. Therefore, users will be charged a monthly fee of IDR 350 thousand for phone number storage, cloud for photos and videos and unlimited AI model query capabilities.
