Human trials of the first vaccine against lung cancer begin

The vaccine uses mRNA technology similar to that of the COVID-19 vaccines, tells the immune system to seek out and destroy cancer cells, preventing them from returning.

With this clinical trial, BNT116 is expected to be the new standard of caremarks a new breakthrough in lung cancer treatment.
