Details: Chikov gave a list of 35 regions where subpoenas are sent out. Among them are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Moscow, Belgorod and Murmansk regions, Altai, Perm, Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar regions.

Where Chikov got these data, he did not explain, but, according to his estimates, there is no talk of a second wave of mobilization yet.

Direct speech: “Most of the questions are caused by subpoenas for military training, which can be held only after a presidential decree. There was no such decree, at least not published.”

Details:New newspaper Europe“confirmed that the summonses were being distributed in Moscow. One of them with the requirement to “appear for clarification of military registration documents” was tried to hand over to the correspondent of the publication.

Previously, the authorities of the Russian regions declaredthat subpoenas are sent out to “update military registration data” or invitations to military training camps.

The Kremlin called it “common practice”, noting that they have “no discussions” about a new wave of mobilization.
