The North Shore Hugo Girard, the former strongest man in the world, has decided to combine the useful with the pleasant by offering his protein bars to the “angels” of health in order to give them the strength to continue their mission to save lives.

“In these difficult times, I want to do my part with my team. Healthcare people are overwhelmed and don’t have time to eat well. A small health bar will allow them to keep in shape. Thank you to all the health personnel for your exceptional work ”, launches the one who is born in Portneuf-sur-Mer on the Haute-Côte-Nord.
“A great gesture. As a nurse, I can say that breaks or dinners are very rare in times of crisis, ”replied a nurse from Charles-Le Moyne hospital.
“Hats off, my dear,” added another nurse from the establishment located on the South Shore of Montreal as Hugo went to distribute from his bars.
The poorest
The resident of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu also had a thought for the homeless going to wear more than 300 energy bars at the Maison du Père.

Côte-Nord schools
A former student of the Polyvalente des Rivières de Forestville, Hugo promised during his next visit to the North Coast that he will offer his bars to underprivileged students of the Côte-Nord schools by going there personally knowing all the importance of a holy spirit in a holy body to make dreams come true.
He who at the age of 5 lifted his first weights. At 12, he was already determined to become the strongest man in the world. A feat he achieved in 2002 at the age of 30.
Among his exploits, the most remarkable is to have fired in 1999 an 80-ton Boeing 737 over a distance of 100 feet in 43 seconds.
