On Friday morning, a large cloud of smoke rose over houses in Neu-Hohenschönhausen.
The fire broke out around 11:45 a.m. on a flat roof of a 12-story high-rise in Wiecker Strasse.

The huge column of smoke was visible for miles. Local residents its not been in danger. There are currently 120 emergency services on site. The deletion continues, the spokesman said. The fire is under control.
According to the traffic information center, Zingster Straße between Ahrenshooper Straße and Ribnitzer Straße is closed in both directions.
