The participating organizations, specialized in humanitarian aid and with experience and presence in the Ukrainian territory for years, have insisted that “the situation in the conflict zone is very volatile and access is very complicated”. Therefore, they consider that the best option to help is the donation of economic resources, given that in the area they have both materials and the necessary logistics for their distribution among the civilian population in need.
Lastly, the Table warns that initiatives for the reception of refugees in the future, especially when minors are involved, be carried out at all times within the framework of international regulations and following the indications of government authorities.
The Table invites all people and institutions that want to contribute resources to do so through organizations with experience and infrastructure in the area, thus ensuring its effectiveness.

The president of New Generations of the Popular Party of Lepe, Pedro Barriga, together with the vice president of the youth group, Lucía Muriel, presented today at a press conference a Solidarity Campaign to collect medical supplies to help Ukrainian civilians who are being attacked for Russia.
Pedro Barriga has pointed out that “from New Generations of the Popular Party of Lepe we want to have a gesture of support and solidarity with the Ukrainian people in the face of the difficult war situation that they are currently going through. A conflict that violates the commitment to peace, democratic values, human rights and international law.”
“Faced with this Russian invasion of Ukrainian civilians and families, we started a campaign to collect medical supplies to get them to Ukraine as soon as possible” declared the popular president of NNGG of Lepe.
