Casablanca – After a year 2020 marked by the opening of new stores and the deployment of an unprecedented range of services during a pandemic period, Huawei is entering 2021 with a growth strategy that combines diversification of the product portfolio and strengthening of the customer experience , following on from the achievements that marked the brand’s success last year.
On the program for the next twelve months, the brand announces more diversification with the key to new products, some of which have never been marketed in Morocco, but also greater proximity to consumers.
The entire Huawei value chain is concerned with the mobilization of the brand’s business expertise in the commercial, sales and after-sales service aspects, the brand notes in a press release, stressing that this year, the Huawei ecosystem will also be at the center of all attention.
After the successful openings of two stores in the Morocco Mall and on Boulevard Zerktouni, as well as two after-sales centers in Casablanca and Fez, Huawei will continue in 2021 to strengthen its collaborative activity in order to improve its partnerships. Objective: to offer the best service for the benefit of users once again.
Another priority area in 2021: Huawei will continue to enrich the offer of its AppGallery, one of the three most used application platforms in the world with half a billion users each month. To boost its functionalities, the brand will speed up the rise of Petal Search, the AppGallery application search tool, which will continue to grow throughout the year.
In 2021, Huawei will also pay more and more attention to running the “Huawei Community”, its exchange platform which allows users to exchange advice and tips directly from the brand’s official website.
To encourage the use of the Petal search tool, Huawei is launching a new competition. The principle is simple: just download Petal Search and share, on a dedicated page accessible on the “Huawei Community”, a screenshot when using the search tool. Users will be able to take a chance on one of three Huawei Watch GT 2s up for grabs.
