Huawei is now releasing a new smartwatch, the Watch GT Runner, which is aimed specifically at runners.
Watch GT Runner has a “Trusport” feature that runners can use to measure their performance with a variety of parameters. It is possible to collect data on heart rate and speed and then compare it with previous data to measure performance and development. The heart rate measurement technology Truseen 5.0 will make it Huawei’s most accurate sports watch to date.
Users can also use the Huawei Health app to customize their own exercise program to develop their exercise over time.
The watch is also designed to reduce interference from external light that may otherwise interfere with heart rate measurement. It is made of polymer fiber, which means that it weighs only 38.5 grams. Something that also makes it Huawei’s lightest smart sports watch.
