To be able to send and receive photos via satellite, both the sender and the recipient must install the Changlian application. If the recipient does not install this application, only SMS messages will be received.
In fact, pictures sent through this satellite will be compressed as little as possible because the bandwidth available through the satellite is limited. As a result, the images sent out tend to be blurry and less sharp.
