Chinese company Huawei name several smartwatch models and announced global sales. For example, created Watch GT 5 Pro, which has a titanium case, and Watch D2, with an emphasis on health monitoring.
Soon they will be in Russia.
Huawei Watch GT 5 came in two sizes (as before) – 41 and 46 mm. The largest has a 1.32-inch dial, the largest has a 1.43-inch dial. Both models are made of 316L stainless steel and have a choice of plastic, fabric, metal or leather straps.
The 41mm version turned out to be more sophisticated, and the 46mm came in a blue color reminiscent of the ocean. The devices have the Huawei TruSense system for evaluating health indicators – heart rate monitor, pulse oximeter, sleep apnea detection option, women’s health monitoring. They can also track emotional well-being, but the feature doesn’t work in Europe.
Watch GT 5 Pro came in 42 and 46 mm versions. They got a titanium case and sapphire glass to protect the display. The strap of the small 42mm version has ceramic inserts, while the large 46mm version has titanium inserts. There is an ECG option, a function to improve position accuracy during running and cycling, support for offline maps, and notifications when you move from the course.
In total, more than 100 training modes have been loaded into the watch. So, in free diving mode (for swimming), you can dive to a depth of up to 40 meters. They are resistant to corrosion from salt spray, and have a special IP69K certificate, which protects the housing from hot water jets. The GT 5 Pro features better battery life: the 42mm version lasts 5 days with Always On Display and 7 days in normal mode, the 46mm version lasts 9 and 14 days, respectively.
Huawei Watch D2 received a special inflatable strap that works on the same principle as the cuffs in blood pressure monitors. Air is inserted there to measure blood pressure more precisely. Interestingly, the measurement happens regularly, even at night. The operation has received approval from the Chinese governor.
The watch can also measure pulse and blood oxygen saturation levels, ECG, and skin temperature. The device came with a 1.82-inch OLED display with a resolution of 408 x 480 pixels. The weight of the device is only 85 grams – this is surprising, because there is a full-fledged air pump inside, and there are loops on the strap.
Finally, the Watch Ultimate is a real watch that came out at the end of last year. It is known about them that the device received a nanotech ceramic bezel, a case made of liquid metal based on zirconium, and a dial covered with sapphire glass.
