Jakarta (ANTARA) – After more than a year of not releasing high-end smartphones, Huawei is rumored to be introducing two new phones, namely the P60 and Mate X3 series on March 23.
The two flagship phones will be released on Thursday (23/3) at 14.30 Beijing time. Launching GSM Arena, Monday there will be other products released simultaneously with the two cellphones.
The news of the release of Huawei’s smartphone product was confirmed through an official Huawei account upload on China’s Weibo social media.
There is no additional information about the two phones yet, however, it is estimated that the Huawei P60 will come in two variants, namely the regular P60 and P60 Pro.
Regarding leaked specifications, now the latest leak coming from the Huawei P60 Pro is that Huawei brings a pair of 50MP camera modules and uses Sony IMX888 and IMX858 sensors for ultra-wide lenses.
Meanwhile, for the regular version, the Huawei P60 is rumored to have a 52MP main camera, however, with a different sensor, namely the Sony IMX789.
The two phones are also predicted to come with the Snapdragon 8 series chipset, it’s possible that the chip will be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
As for the Huawei Mate X3, this folding cellphone is expected to come with a satellite communication feature.
