How can I check the status of my order?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be mailed.
You can contact us during the first 48 hours for a full refund without any special reasons.
Delivery times are available below depending on your location.
What are the shipping times?
Delivery time to Europe: 3 to 9 working days
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 2 to 4 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 5 weeks.
How to order ?
Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the “Buy Now” button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare this and send you a confirmation email when your package is sent!
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.
For payment with an Aurore card, Bank Card, Maestro and other debit card, payment must be made through Paypal even if you do not have an account
