TIME.CO, Jakarta – Huawei added a new variant to the Nova range by launching the Nova Y61. This device has been listed on Huawei’s global website complete with its main specifications.
Huawei Nova Y61 uses a 6.52-inch IPS LCD with HD + resolution and a standard refresh rate of 60Hz. The 5MP selfie camera is housed in a water-drop notch. The Nova Y61 features a 50MP main camera with an F1.8 aperture along with a 2MP macro camera and depth module. The phone comes with an unnamed octa-core chipset along with 4/6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
The software side is managed by the EMUI 12 while the 5,000 mAh battery has a 22.5 W fast charge via USB-C. Unfortunately cell phone It is compatible with LTE only and supports the 802.11n (Wi-Fi 4) Wi-Fi connectivity standard.
Huawei Nova Y61 is available in Sapphire Blue, Mint Green and Midnight Black colors. Pricing and availability have not yet been detailed.
Huawei Nova 10
Not long ago Huawei also released a device from the Nova line, namely the Nova 10 SE. It appears that the Huawei Nova 10 SE keeps the Star Orbit Ring design with two large rings on the rear camera setup. The weight of this phone is 184 grams and the thickness is only 7.39mm.
The Nova 10 SE uses a Snapdragon 680G processor which is an LTE-only chip with an octa-core CPU or four Kryo 265 Gold cores (Cortex-A73 derivatives) running at 2.4 GHz and four Kryo 265 Silver (derivatives Cortex-A53) at 1.9 GHz. Also includes an Adreno 610 GPU.
Huawei offers three variants of RAM and storage capacity: 6/128, 8/128 and 8/256 GB. Huawei is launching the phone in the global market which means launching EMUI 12 and not HarmonyOS.
The screen is 6.67-inch OLED with 90 Hz refresh rate and Full HD + resolution. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side above the power button. On the front there is also a 16MP f / 2.2 selfie camera with 1080p @ 30 fps video capability.
The Huawei Nova 10 SE has a 108MP main camera with an f / 1.9 lens and video recording limited to 1080p. Alongside is an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera.
The built-in battery capacity is 4,500mAh with 66W charging via the USB-C port. The device has two SIM and NFC slots, but the latter is exclusive to the variant with 8GB of RAM.
