In the shadow of US sanctions Huawei continues its efforts to increase its product diversity. The Chinese manufacturer introduced the Mate 60 Pro model to users last week. Following the device, which is the company’s first 5G phone after the sanctions, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 rival Huawei Mate X5 was introduced today. So what does the foldable phone offer?

Kirin 9000s produced with a 5 nm fabrication process; In addition to 1x 2.62 GHz, 3x 2.15 GHz and 4x 1.53 GHz cores, it hosts the Maleoon 910 graphics unit. The smartphone is expected to be 5G supported, as mentioned above. However, for now, there is no clear statement from the company on the subject.

The device measures 156.9 x 72.4 x 11.08 mm when folded and 156.9 x 141.5 x 5.3 mm when opened. Finally, the weight of the device is about 245 grams.

Huawei Mate X5 price
Huawei Mate X5 comes in two versions, 12GB RAM + 512GB and 16GB RAM +512GB. It will have black, white, gold, green and purple color options. The back of the purple and green variants consists of plain leather, while the back of the other color variants consists of glass material.
The company, which also offers a version of the smartphone called Collector’s Edition to users, has not disclosed price details for now.
