JAKARTA– Huawei will launch its newest tablet device, the Huawei Mate 11 in early August 2021. The device is also the first to come with the HarmonyOS 2 operating system.
“We’re about to introduce the first tablet powered by HarmonyOS 2, Huawei MatePad 11. A high-performance tablet to increase user productivity and creativity,” said Patrick Ru, Country Director of Huawei Consumer Business Group Indonesia in an official statement, Saturday (24/7/2021).
This device is also the first tablet from Huawei that supports a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. This makes the device claimed to have smooth visuals, and improved responsiveness that is better than before. In addition, the device is also said to promise detail and focus on dynamic graphic displays.

Not only that, this tablet will be equipped with power-saving technology from HarmonyOS, which offers up to 12 hours of continuous 1080p HD video playback and 12 hours of use.
“We can’t wait to introduce new creations in Huawei’s tablet line. MatePad 11 will be the best gadget to support the development of our resources. Empower them to be more productive, creative, while providing the best entertainment,” concluded Patrik.
Pre-orders for the Huawei MatePad 11 will start on August 5th and will be available online e-commerce and other partner stores. Not only that, Huawei will also introduce their latest TWS technology, Huawei FreeBuds 4 on the same day.
