Huawei makes camera lenses equivalent to human eyes, like what?

Harianjogja.com, JAKARTA – The Chinese cellphone manufacturer, Huawei, is rumored to be completing its latest series of devices with a liquid lens, which can make the camera capture focus faster than ordinary cameras. This innovation can be enjoyed by users in 2021.

The trial of this liquid lens has entered the final stages, as reported from GSM Arena, Saturday (28/11/2020). Apart from cutting the focus time, a liquid lens will make the shooting process more stable.

“The focus time will be reduced to a few milliseconds according to the focus time of the human eye,” wrote GSM Arena.

The new technology will be used for telephoto cameras first. The lens movement will be more agile because it uses a liquid lens. The camera’s focus on light is also getting higher and faster.

As a bonus, the implementation of a smartphone camera will also be more durable against shocks, compared to a traditional focusing motor.

According to confidential sources in China, the lens will be paired with the still-yet-yet-unannounced Sony IMX782 sensor.
