Huawei has announced that it will sell a vehicle called SERES SF5. The model will be available in Huawei stores in China.
It is an SUV coupe produced with the Chinese car company SERES. This is the first time Huawei has included a vehicle partner in its ecosystem. The announcement was made at the 19th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Fair.
Huawei SERES SF5 has a range of 180 km in pure electric mode
In response to consumer fears about recharging and autonomy of electric vehicles, Huawei and SERES have created a new system to extend autonomy.
The new SERES SF5 offers flexibility to users, with a range of 180 km in pure electric mode to meet the needs of commuters and over 1,000 km in extended range mode for long distance travel.
SERES SF5 has an acceleration of 0-100 km / h in 4.6 seconds. Vehicle performance it is also supported by a lightweight aluminum chassis and an advanced suspension system providing fast acceleration, precise stability control and superior shock absorption.
Huawei SERES SF5 will be available in Huawei stores in China starting April 21
The model will be available in China at a price of CNY 246,800 (31,600 euros) for the 4 × 4 version. The 4 × 2 traction model will cost CNY 216,800 (27,758 euros).
HUAWEI solutions allow switching between mobile applications and the vehicle system, providing access to navigation, music and more, anytime, anywhere.
It also offers interactive voice control, allowing users to simply focus on driving. HUAWEI HiCar can connect the car to other devices, can activate at home, air conditioner, TV and other devices.
The new SERES SF5 has an emergency recharging mode, from vehicle to vehicle (vehicle-to-vehicle, V2V)
This means that it can supply energy to isolated vehicles in hard-to-reach areas. The machine is equipped with vehicle-to-load (V2L) power supply for radios and other equipment.
The SERES SF5 meets five-star safety design standards. At the same time, the SERES SF5 has automatic assisted driving at L2 + level, traffic assistance and many other features.
The new SERES SF5 comes in four colors: Deep Ocean Blue, Charcoal Black, Pearl Pearl and Titanium Silver Gray – along with Midnight Black, Garnet Red and Ivory White for interior trim.
