Huawei announces its signature Watch Buds watch

VillageHuawei has announced its amazing smart watch, the Huawei Watch Buds, as well as two smart watches for kids and a new version of its smart watch, the Watch GT 3 Pro.

The Watch Buds support heart rate, SpO2 and sleep monitoring, pressure management, as well as atrial fibrillation heart rate and ECG readings.

The watch also offers 80 exercise modes, as well as AI noise cancellation for calls and audio.

The watch weighs approximately 66.5 grams without the band, while the weight of the earphones is 4 grams each.

The earphones are water and dust resistant to IP54 standard, while the watch is not fully waterproof due to the folding mechanism. The watch provides Chinese BeiDou positioning technology, as well as GLONASS and GPS technologies.

Programmatically, the Watch Buds run on Huawei’s HarmonyOS 3 operating system and Bluetooth 5.2 technology. The company claims that the watch with the pair of headphones has a battery life of up to 3 days.

In addition to the Watch Buds, Huawei announced the two children’s watches, Huawei Kids Watch 5X and Huawei Kids Watch 5X Pro, which feature a 1.6-inch AMOLED screen, with a resolution of 360 x 320 pixels, and dual cameras in one hard plastic casing.

The two watches also offer a 5-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera, and both watches can be rotated 360 degrees and even removed completely from the watch band.

The two watches support cellular communication thanks to the nano-SIM chip, as well as the ability to connect to Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth 4.2 technology.

Both watches pack 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

The Kids Watch 5X differs from the Kids Watch 5X Pro in size and weight, but the two watches support water and dust resistance according to the IPX8 standard.

Huawei intends to sell the 5X Watch for an equivalent price of $230 in purple and black, while the 5X Pro Watch will be sold for an equivalent price of $286 in pink and blue.

As for the fourth watch announced by Huawei, it is the Huawei Watch GT 3 ProCollector’s Edition and, as the name suggests, it is a special version of its current watch, the Watch GT 3, which features a black nanocrystalline ceramic cover. with gold lines.

The watch is available in 43 mm size, and will be sold in China at a price equivalent to USD 717.
