Technology company Huawei releases the latest addition to the FreeBuds series, the Huawei FreeBuds 5i True Wireless Stereo (TWS) wireless headphones that provide high sound quality with multiple noise canceling and equalizer modes, as well as a powerful 28-hour battery life.
High resolution sound
Huawei FreeBuds 5i provides high-definition music enjoyment with powerful hardware, modern algorithms and multiple equalizer effects to play and stream your favorite songs and other audio files, hearing every note and instrument. The new wireless headphones are also Hi-Res Audio Wireless certified.
Several equalizer effects give listeners the ability to freely adjust the audio effects, for example by selecting Bass boost or Treble boost mode. The headphones’ 10mm dynamic drivers, on the other hand, work together with a polymer composite diaphragm to deliver low, mid and high frequency sound, making them ideal for playing music of various genres.
Noise cancellation for a smooth listening experience
To maintain pure and flawless sound with minimal environmental noise interference, Huawei FreeBuds 5i are equipped with hybrid noise canceling technology that goes beyond traditional headphone design to passively block high-frequency noise. They not only detect external noise, but also detect additional noise in the ear canal, providing maximum noise reduction of up to 42 dB.
When wearing Huawei FreeBuds 5i, it is possible to choose between Ultra, General and Cozy noise canceling modes. Also, with the artificial intelligence noise reduction function, the speaker’s voice is recognized during calls, improving sound quality and reducing the impact of surrounding noise on call quality.
Smart features and long-lasting performance
Users of the new headset can connect seamlessly between different devices and operating systems, such as a smartphone, tablet, computer or watch, as well as Android, iOS or Windows operating systems. In addition, switching between music, meetings and calls from one device to another happens automatically, without burdening the user with multiple actions.
Hauwei FreeBuds 5i offers an impressive 28 hours of battery life with a fully charged case. On the other hand, a mere 15 minutes with fast charging provides four hours of audio playback. The device also supports IP54 water resistance, supporting the headset wearer in all weather conditions.
Comfortable and tasteful design
The charging cover of the wireless earphones has a simple pebble design and an unconventional surface coating created using an ink coating technique and is available in light blue, black and white.
Huawei FreeBuds 5i weighs only 4.9g, so the device is light and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The design of the 29mm long earphones, which is shortened by 7mm compared to the previous FreeBuds 4i, makes the earphones more adaptable to the shape of each listener’s ears, providing more comfortable and longer listening time.
The new wireless headphones are available at a suggested retail price of 79 euros.
