HTC announces the HTC Desire 22 Pro. The phone should appear on August 1, although it is not yet known whether the HTC smartphone will also appear in the Netherlands on that date and what it will cost.
HTC announces the smartphone via its website and also makes the Specifications familiar. The HTC Desire 22 Pro will have a 6.6″ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone runs on Android 12 and is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chip.
Furthermore, the HTC Desire 22 Pro has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. The storage can be expanded with an SD card. The battery has a capacity of 4520mAh and supports wireless charging. The primary camera on the back of the phone has a 64-megapixel resolution. The smartphone also has a secondary camera with an ultra-wide angle lens with a 13-megapixel resolution and a depth sensor with a 5-megapixel resolution. On the front, the phone has a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The phone can be paired with HTC’s VIVE Flow VR glasses. It allows users of the glasses and smartphone to use HTC’s metaverse platform, Viveverse. The platform offers various AR and VR applications according to HTC. By the way, the Vive Flow also on other Android phones, as long as they have 5G.
