The HSBC bank services presented failures on the afternoon of this Thursday, October 31, and a drop was reported in the majority of operations that its users carry out within their mobile banking.
The HSBC fall occurs in the middle of the fortnight, and according to reports, 79 percent of the failures occur in mobile banking, that is, the application for phones and other devices.
Other users find faults with HSBC deposits, since the application does not allow them to send money. According to Downdetector, there are more than a thousand reports in Mexico about banking failures.
“Dear HSBC customer. Our internet banking, HSBC México App and HSBC Net are experiencing intermittent service. We are working to restore it as soon as possible. We ask you to try it later,” reads a statement that the bank released through its social networks.
According to Downdetector, the failures at HSBC began around 3:00 p.m. this Thursday, and prevail even after 6:30 p.m., while waiting for the bank to solve the intermittencies.
The cities in which the most HSBC failures are reported are: Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla, Mérida, Chihuahua and Tijuana.
