Hradec defeated today’s opponent after seven competitive duels and won the last three home league matches. In the spring, Slovácko suffered its seventh defeat, from nine matches in the top competition this year, it won only four points.
Despite the decent tempo, the first half did not offer many scoring opportunities. In the 27th minute, Králové-Hradec’s best scorer Vašulín overpowered the hesitating Hofmann in a battle for the ball and advanced alone on the goalkeeper Fryšták, but his independent escape only ended up hitting the post. Ten minutes later, even Krejčí failed, whose cross shot was deflected by goalkeeper Slovácko. On the other side, only Vechet forced the goalkeeper Zadražil into a save with a not very strong volley.

Slovácko was a long way from extending the seven-game league streak with a goal scored on the opponent’s pitch. On the contrary, a quarter of an hour before the end, Fryšták had to make a good save against Kučer’s shot from outside the penalty area.
In contrast to the opening mutual duel in the season, today the goal was scored after all. In the 77th minute, Krejčí’s cross from a standard situation found Harazim’s goal and he headed the ball into the net. The 23-year-old defender followed up on the goal from the last home game with Karvina and made his mark for the third time in the league season.
The guests were unable to respond and in the end did not create any great chances. Hradec Králové goalkeeper Zadražil recorded his fifth clean sheet in his ninth league start, all of which he picked up in the spring part of the season. His team won four of the last five rounds, losing only to Summer defending champions Sparta.
