The start to the duel was clearly better for the guests. In the first minute, the Frenchman Perret fouled and the Energie team got to the power play in a flash. He didn’t play it well at all, but in the end the West Czechs scored. Pulpán scored all the screening players from the blue line and goalkeeper Lukeš, who this time took precedence over Finn Kiviah, was not entitled.

Mountfield played a power play, and also very badly. The West Bohemians even broke into two separate escapes, but Lukeš saved the home team in both cases. He threw the puck out of the zone several times, relieved his teammates and was deservedly declared the best player at the end of the match.
