HR Report 2022: Companies must be prepared for these hurdles and developments

It is not without my greatest amusement that many employers do not work on the REAL adjustment screws, their entire view of the alleged “applicant” and their corporate culture – which ONLY has a VERY marginal connection to diversity and the ability to work in a team.
The Kienbaum/NewWork SE study for the IfW also shows that at least 75% of companies do not understand this – we need a revolution in corporate culture. Furthermore, it is completely absurd to rejuvenate the HR department at 25-year-olds. This backfires. This is an action in the ABYSS. It needs strategic vision and not operations on the micro level. To be honest, I’m not angry at all when companies suffer massive pain – it’s their own fault if they shy away from investing in advice at the root. THAT is the real problem.
Otherwise related to the skills of the workers: YES – it is a duty to increase one’s skills daily – for oneself.
AND: 5 DAX companies do without the gender language – a clear positioning and that’s a good thing (the positioning).
