Digital Transformation for processes learning & development and knowledge management conducted by PT Pertamina (Persero) its success was recognized in the prestigious HR Excellence Award 2021 competition, namely the competition for the HR sector initiated by SWA Magazine and the Management Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia.
The competition is presented to encourage the spirit of companies and institutions in Indonesia in developing and improving the implementation of HR/HR policies in a better direction.

In the Competition, Pertamina managed to get an award for the categories of HR Learning & Development and HR Knowledge Management with both getting an AA rating or very Good predicate. The award was received directly by the Director of Human Resources of PT Pertamina (Persero) M. Erry Sugiharto on Thursday, July 15, 2021.
“We continue to transform digitally to create superior and competitive resources and are expected to be able to anticipate Pertamina’s business needs in the future,” said Erry.
In addition, he also said that Pertamina’s success in obtaining the award could not be separated from the transformation of its Human Resource function into strategic business partner for the company to support the company.
“This is intended to accelerate the process of making strategic decisions and policies related to the management of Human Capital. So that the company’s performance can be better agile in supporting the strategies, initiatives and work plans that are carried out to achieve the targets that have been set,” said Erry.
