Leadership is a balancing act: between taking responsibility and letting go, between the individual and the team, between different personalities, talents and generations. New tasks arise every day, such as brand new topics such as home office and reboarding. Good leadership is therefore an art – it is all the more important that HR management offers the right framework. In our first exchange of experience (ERFA) round, we focus on this topic and discuss current challenges in managing employees.
