This Thursday (5), the HP held HP Imagine 2023, in Palo Alto (CA), presenting several new features for different markets. Among the main highlights are the notebook with folding screen HP Spectre Foldable, sistema All-In-One completamente sem fio.

Additionally, the company also launched a new line of HyperX peripherals for streamers, services aimed at the corporate market and quality of life, such as the HP SitePrint printer robot to draw up construction plans.

What’s new in HP Imagine 2023

Thinking about the consumer market, the two main products presented were the HP Specter Foldable and the new HP Envy Move, one of the first completely wireless All-in-One systems, designed to be versatile and portable.

HP Spectre Foldable PC

The Specter Foldable PC features a 17″ foldable screen that allows you to switch between three modes:

ultra-compact 12.3″ notebook; desktop, completely opening screen and built-in stand; or professional tablet with pen.

The new device is the first notebook with a foldable screen with security via embedded AI, designed for well-being, versatility and with gesture control. This includes a system that locks the screen when the user moves away and automatically unlocks it via facial biometrics and a privacy alert during use using the device’s camera.

To guarantee performance and autonomy, the Specter Foldable has the Intel Evo seal, with a 12th generation Intel Core i7 CPU, Intel Iris Xe GPU, battery life with 12 hours in laptop mode, 11 hours in desktop or tablet mode, 16GB of memory, Wi-Fi 6E and 1TB SSD.

HP Envy Move All-in-One

Designed to be an extremely portable All-in-One, the HP Envy Move features a lightweight design, with a carrying handle, back pocket for a wireless keyboard and trackpad, and a built-in battery with up to 4 hours of autonomy, making it one of the first truly portable AiO devices. portable.

The Hp Envy Move has a 23.8-inch QuadHD screen and an AI-assisted intelligent surround system, which detects the user’s position to reproduce more immersive sound. The model has a 13th generation Intel Core i5 CPU, 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and 1 TB of storage.

Other markets

In addition to the news for the domestic market, HP also announced several innovations for the corporate segment. Among them are two subscription services: Instant Ink, which monitors toner ink levels and sends new cartridges before the installed one runs out; and HP Wolf Protect, which outsources AI-assisted IT support solutions to remote centers.

One of its advantages is, for example, identifying whether a business device has been lost or stolen and erasing all data from the device remotely, ensuring data security and real-time equipment management.

Finally, a curious item that HP presented was the HP SitePrint printer robot. In civil construction, after completing the project, it is necessary to transfer this layout to the construction floor, literally.

From the position of walls, with thickness measurements, position of beams and rebar, to the floor plan with conduit path, HP SitePrint can interpret digital plans and carry out this transposition process with greater precision and agility.
