Höxteraner ex-mayor Fischer soon in Holzminden First city council?

Is Höxter’s former mayor Alexander Fischer making a second career in the neighboring town of Holzminden? That is what a council meeting on Tuesday evening is about. Fischer has applied for the post as First City Councilor, i.e. as the deputy mayor there.

Holzminden’s town hall chief Jürgen Daul had originally proposed a candidate for this office who failed twice in the council. Fischer is considered suitable because a lawyer is being sought for the post and he has worked as a lawyer for a long time.
