How Ukraine Can Cut Off Power to All of Russia: Captain Igor Lapin’s Plan

Captain of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Lapin explained how it is possible to cut off power to all of Russia with minimal use of Ukrainian soldiers.

Igor Lapin told us in what unexpected but effective way we can respond to the Russians to their aggression from the air: “There are very serious people who worked with Russian nuclear power plants. I do not call for nuclear terrorism so that Ukrainians are not blamed later. But I want to tell you that near every nuclear power plant there is a system that puts it into emergency mode, preserving the nuclear power plant, but encapsulating the output of electricity to the outside“.

Igor Lapin’s opinion on how the Ukrainian Armed Forces can take revenge on the occupiers can be found in the video on the channel YouTube.

To outline the essence of his proposal to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the captain recalled the events of the Chechen War: “The nightmare of all Russian nuclear workers during the First Chechen War was the fear that 8-10 sniper groups near each nuclear power plant, who would shoot at the porcelain points where the power grid was attached, could destroy the energy system of the whole of Russia. In this case, nuclear safety will not be compromised, but the energy system will simply collapse.”

“It just needs to be done on a working day, in winter, and at the same time near each nuclear power plant. To do this, you only need eight sniper groups. It’s worse with drones, because air defense can shoot down.”– explained Igor Lapin.

Earlier, Lapin voiced a legal way to mobilize people’s deputies.

Lapin also voiced a forecast “not for the faint of heart” for the war in Ukraine for 2024.

Let us recall that Lapin said that Turkey is veiledly threatening to “declare war” on one of the NATO countries.
