The latest feature of WhatsApp is the multi-device feature. Through this feature, users do not have to use the internet to be able to use it.
The multi-device feature is still in beta or in the testing phase. To try the trial version, WhatsApp recommends users to update the app to the latest version.
Multi-device is a feature that gives users more access to connect WhatsApp accounts, such as on mobile phones, PCs or laptops using WhatsApp web and desktop.
Usually some WhatsApp users are worried if the main cellphone that has WhatsApp is dead, or not connected to the internet. By using this feature, users don’t have to worry about losing signal. WhatsApp will stay connected by using multi-device.
- First, open the WhatsApp app and go to settings.
- Select Linked Device.
- Select Beta Multi-device.
- Tap Join Beta.
- If you want to decide to exit the multi-device Beta, do the same way but select the Exit Beta option.
