Accessing the Snipping Tool
1. **Search Snipping Tool**:
– You can use Windows search (press the Windows key on your keyboard) and type “Snipping Tool” in the search box.
2. **Open Snipping Tool**:
– Click on Snipping Tool in the search results. The program will open.
3. **Choose a capture method**:
– The Snipping Tool has several capture options, such as “Rectangular Snip” for capturing square images, “Freeform Snip” for capturing images with lines drawn, “Window Snip” for capturing program windows. , and “Fullscreen Snip” for capturing the entire screen.
4. **Capture Image**:
– Select the capture method you want to use and click “New” to start the capture process.
– The program will bowl the mouse as a capture tool. Click and drag to select the area you want to capture.
5. **Save image**:
– After capturing a photo, you can edit it, add text, or draw on it. (If desired).
