How to Use Ameli’s New Online Teleservice to Enrich Your Health Insurance Account

Your Ameli account is enriched with a new teleservice! Health Insurance now offers a new online service “Additional file” which allows you to send any missing documents requested by your fund directly via the Internet. Thanks to him, your file will be processed “quickly and securely”.

How it works ?

If supporting documentation is missing to process your file, you will be alerted by e-mail and asked to connect to your Ameli account to transmit the requested document(s). It is advisable to use a computer rather than your smartphone.

Once connected to your account, a message will appear directly and allow access to the teleservice by clicking on “Complete your file”. You can also find it in the “Notifications” section of your account home page, in the form “My procedures. You have a file to complete. Find out more… ».

You will then just have to click on “Submit” to download the requested supporting document(s). “The type and size of the accepted file are then specified. Each document must be readable: clean, well framed and well lit. It is not possible to select several at the same time,” specifies Health Insurance.

After downloading all the documents, you will only have to check the box “I certify the accuracy of the elements…” and click on the “Send” button, which has become active.

Difficulty submitting documents?

Do not hesitate to visit a France services counter to be supported in your efforts.
