This question was brought to us and we answer it with pleasure.
It can make sense for entrepreneurs of all kinds to start a campaign on Instagram.
In addition to promoting a product or service, an advertisement offers the opportunity to follow more closely how people react to your product / service.
There are two ways to place an ad on Instagram. Either directly via Instagram or via the Facebook Ads Manager. Options are listed below.
Option 1: Directly through Instagram
- Coupling of the Instagram account with a Facebook page (mandatory)
- Settings -> Account Overview -> Add Account
- The coupling is also possible via Facebook:
Settings of the page -> Instagram -> Link there with Instagram account
- Call up the post on Instagram to be advertised
- Select “Highlight article”
- Then follow the instructions
- Choose goals (website visits, profile views or direct messages)
- Design target group (define regional, age, gender and interests)
- Determine the budget and duration
- Set means of payment
- Start the campaign
Option 2: Via the Facebook Ads Manager
