Three young entrepreneurs “Delfi Bizness” tell about the emergence of business ideas, the first steps in business and how to create successful, exporting companies step by step.
Each of them admits that they have faced greater and smaller challenges along the way. “I agree that entrepreneurship is one of the best therapies. On the way to a successful business, an entrepreneur encounters all his demons,” says Raimonds Kulbergs, the founder of the start-up. He has already sold his favorite company to the US market leader.
Māris Lieplapa, the founder and manager of the tea company “Plūkt”, as well as Reinis Nikuļcevs, co-founder and manager of the sports flu manufacturer “RocketGrip”, not taken seriously in the environment. “We wanted to ‘shoot’ us, because a business can succeed in such a young, ‘green cucumber,'” Reinis recalls. Both had to find a solution to this problem. It has succeeded – exporting companies have been established and business growth continues.
