1. Share your location live on WhatsApp using iPhone

If you’re using an iPhone, go to Settings > Whatsapp > Emplacement and select the Always option.

Then open Whatsapp > select the Person or group you want to share your live location with. On the next screen, tap the More button located in the lower left corner of the screen.

In the pop-up window, allow WhatsApp to Shared location. On the next screen, tap select Share Live Location option.

From the drop-down menu, select the Period of time up to which you want to share your live location and press the Send button.

Your contact will now receive a message from you with a thumbnail showing your “initial” and “Live until time”.

When your contact opens the thumbnail or taps Show live location option, it will take your contact to a live map, clearly showing your real-time or live location.

2. Share your live location on WhatsApp using an Android phone

If you are using an Android phone, go to Settings > applications > Whatsapp > Permissions > move the toggle next to Emplacement pour ON position.

Then open WhatsApp > select the Person who you want to share your live location with. On the next screen, tap the Icône Clip located in the lower left corner of the screen.

In the drop-down menu that appears, tap the Emplacement option. On the next screen, select Share Live Location option.

From the next drop-down menu, select the period of time up to which you want to share your live location on WhatsApp and tap the Send button.

Your contact will now receive a message from you with a thumbnail showing your “initial” and “Live until time”.

When your contact opens the tile or taps Show live location option, it will take your contact to a live map, clearly showing your real-time or live location.
