NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS
1. 2. Buyers of this product in California are entitled to service or repair during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for as many days as the customer has been without the product during warranty repairs. If the product is defective during the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been repaired.
The warranty period will also be extended if warranty repairs have not been made due to circumstances beyond the buyer’s control, or if warranty repairs have not remedied the defect and the buyer notifies the manufacturer or seller within 60 days. upon delivery of the repaired product.
If the defect is not repaired after a reasonable number of attempts, the buyer may return this product for a replacement or a refund. In both cases, a reasonable deduction may be applied for the use of the product. This extension of time does not affect the protections or the resources that other laws grant to the buyer.
