“How to Request the Glasses Bonus and Other Financial Incentives in Italy”

Finally comes one of the most awaited bonuses, namely the glasses bonus. Let’s find out who can request it and what the modalities are.

Although more than a year has passed since the swar between Russia and Ukraine, Italy’s financial condition is still in the balance. Most of the Italians live with extreme difficulty, there are those who even struggle to make ends meet. Fortunately, both the State and INPS have met the needs of citizens thanks to incentives, bonuses and subsidies.

Surely these aids have served to face the expenses looming at the end of the month. We are well aware that it was above all goods and basic necessities that suffered sharp increases in prices. For this reason, even going to the supermarket is becoming an increasingly sporadic experience. Fortunately in July a new bonus will be active which is the Savings Card. This allows you to have almost 400 euros on the card to buy primary goods.

Obviously it is not given to everyone but only to those who do not exceed 15,000 euros of ISEE. Another bonus that comes back to the happiness of many is the 200 euro one. This was given in July to all employees and VAT-registered workers (although they received it later). Another very appreciated incentive is the glasses bonusHowever, it arrived later than expected. Glasses bonus: how to request it and who will benefit from it

The glasses bonus was introduced with the 2021 Budget Law, for all purchases of eyeglasses in period cbetween 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2023. To use it you have to not exceed 10,000 euros of monthly income and can be requested only once for each member of the family.

There are two ways to use it: through vouchers to spend within 30 days of the date it is issued or by refundif the purchase took place between 1 January 2021 and 4 May 2023. The voucher can be downloaded via the platform with a Qr code. The refund, on the other hand, can only take place by 3 July 2023 and will be reloaded into the current account.

To participate, simply access the www.bonusvista.it platform, active from 20 April with your own Spid, Cie or Cns. Your personal data, tax code, telephone number, email address and ISEE must be entered in the platform. For the refund, however, it is necessary to enter the details for the purchase document, a copy of the invoice, the VAT number of the seller and finally the Iban code of the person requesting it or of the beneficiary. It is important to remember that not all businesses participate, so it is better to consult the list of accredited shops.
