There, you will be given all the necessary information, including the cost you must pay for said material.
In the case of Canal Capital, a written request can be made that contains:
Program name.
Date and time of broadcast.
Reference of the requested material and object for which it is required.
Name and identification document number.
Address and telephone number of the applicant.
To continue with the request, you can send it to [email protected].
You can also fill out the ‘request for copies of audiovisual material’ form found on the Canal Capital website or request it through the lines 6014578300 and 3209012473 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
The copy of the film material will cost $124,702 (VAT included). You must make the deposit to a bank account that will be shown to you, attaching a copy of the citizenship card, residence address and contact telephone number to manage the respective invoice.
“The copy that is delivered will be made from the legal copy of the broadcast on air, with the respective brands and logos identifying the channel and the program and in low video resolution,” reads the Canal Capital page.
It should be noted that the copies of programs delivered by public channels in Colombia must be their own and have the corresponding copyright to be shared, a reason that would lead any of these entities to deny the requested material.
