The General Secretariat for Reviewing Real Estate Ownership Requests announced that real estate ownership requests submitted to it through the Ihkam platform are being considered, and how to register in the applications to obtain a response from the competent authorities. It is worth noting that among the requests to complete this Ihkam instrument are the following:
- Addressing government agencies stipulated in the system.
- Add lengths and areas.
- Advertisement in the newspaper.
- Amendment affecting neighbors.
The Secretariat also noted a number of conditions that must be met if one wishes to apply, which are represented in the following lines:

- The identity of the applicant’s representative with the agency, and if he is an heir, a deed of heirs must be attached.
- The ownership deed is final.
