How to quickly lower cholesterol with apple cider vinegar, also effective for controlling blood sugar levels

In the study to investigate the efficacy of apple cider vinegar for the prevention of hyperlipidemia or high cholesterol, they conducted an experiment on rats to examine the effect of acetic acid in apple cider vinegar for 19 days.

The results showed that the administration of acetic acid had a significantly lower value for lowering cholesterol and triacylglycerol levels. Several other studies, apple cider vinegar also has other health benefits.

These include controlling blood sugar levels, weight management and can be used for people who are on a diet. A study investigated the effects of consuming apple cider vinegar in people on a low-calorie diet.
