How to quickly find out who unfollowed you on Twitter

With over 330 million active users, Twitter It is already considered one of the essential platforms to be updated with the latest news. One of the most common user-level settings that we can also find on other social networks is receiving a notification when someone has started following us. This leads us to the next unknown. How can we know when a user stops following us?

At the moment this option does not exist. Although one way to check it could be by clicking on the name of a user to access her profile and once there, next to the at sign, a “follows you” in case it does. In short, Twitter does not have any option, within its own application, that allows us to know who has stopped following us.

But we still have one option, and that is that the only way to achieve it would be through a third-party application, although it is advisable to look for a trusted website and one that is known for certain that it will not use our data for malicious purposes. .

One of these applications is Unfollower Stats. We will enter the web page and click on the option to Log in with Twitter. Next, it will redirect us to the authorization page, where we must click on “Authorize the application” so that the web can access our account and once this is done, the list of most recent unfollowers that we may have had should appear.

Finally, we must not forget log out in Unfollower Stats and for this what we will do is disconnect the application by entering the configuration and privacy of our account in the Twitter app, we will click on the section “Security and account access“, later “applications and sessions” and we will click on the application that we want to deactivate.
