“People residing in the territory of the Argentine Republic who have been vaccinated abroad against COVID-19 with a vaccine authorized for use or prequalified by the World Health Organization (WHO), may request a proof of their application before the Ministry of Health of the Nation through the portal My Argentina Digital Profile of the Citizen in its web version, section My procedures “, says resolution 2673/2021 that bears the signature of the minister.
To request this certificate, “at least the following information must be reported as an affidavit: National Identity Document (DNI), sex at birth, name of the vaccine received, number of doses, batch of vaccine received, establishment, city and country where the application of the vaccine was carried out and date of application of the vaccine “, details the text.

In the case of minors under 13 years of age, their legal representatives will be the ones who must declare their application through the Digital Citizen Profile “My Argentina”.
