“If in December you owe 100 thousand and inflation is 6 percent, your debt will be 106 thousand,” exemplifies Carlos Martínez.
To carry out the conversion you must:
- Enter My Infonavit Account between the ninth and last day of the month
- Select the ‘My Credit’ tab and then ‘Acquired Liability’
- Enter the state and zip code of the home
- Review and compare the different conversion options offered by the program
- Confirm the procedure and save the ‘Welcome Letter’ and the ‘Modifying Letter of Financial Conditions’, with the amount of the new monthly payment.
