How to prepare a delicious garlic chicken?

Ingredients

  • 8 Between boneless chicken thighs
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Remove the fat from the chicken. Add salt and pepper and in a wide pot we put the olive oil over medium heat and add the unpeeled garlic, cooking them until caramelized but not burned and in this way aromatize the oil, when we see that they are soft, remove and reserve.
  2. Add the chicken, garlic and bay leaf. We turn the chicken so that it is golden brown on both sides.
  3. We lower the heat and add the wine, cover and let it cook until the wine is almost completely dry. We can serve with white rice and avocado or a fresh salad and garnish with minced cilantro.
