Al-Marsad Newspaper: A Moroccan woman married to a Kuwaiti revealed the mechanism for obtaining a birth certificate for her twin daughters after they were born outside Kuwait.
And she explained, during a video clip, that she gave birth to her two daughters in Morocco, and obtained a Moroccan passport for them, in order to enter Kuwait on a tourist visa.
She pointed out that DNA analyzes were conducted for the father, mother, and two children, at an amount of 140 dinars, and she submitted a request to issue birth certificates.
She indicated that she was able to obtain birth certificates for her two daughters.
