How to Manage Stomach Acid and GERD Symptoms

Jakarta

Question:

I suffer from stomach acid / GERD which is quite severe. Every time I do physical activity, my chest feels tight, there is a little pain in the pit of the stomach.

Have to rest or be quiet for a while, then normal again. Even though my GERD pain is not recurring. What’s the solution? Thank You.

KR (male, 41 years)

Answer:

It is better to do an examination first to make sure, is it true that the cause of shortness of breath in you is only because of GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). Apart from stomach problems / GERD, shortness of breath can also be caused by problems in the heart and lungs

There is no influence of physical activity that causes GERD. Back again, to be sure, you should do further examination. So that you know what actions can be taken for gastric pain / GERD.
