How to make the name display on WhatsApp empty

1. Open WhatsApp on Android or PC

2. Copy the following two symbols:

3. Go to the WhatsApp Settings option (three dots symbol)

4. Tap on your WhatsApp name display then on the pencil icon

5. Remove arrow symbol and tap OK to rename

6. Display your name will be blank alias blank.

Now with this setting, when someone adds your contact to a WhatsApp Group, other people will not be able to see your name display, unless the user saves your contact.

Likewise with private chats, if there are users who have saved your contacts in their phonebook/contacts list, that person will know your identity.
