You’ve never eaten dumplings like these
Making dumplings is not an easy task. But even this can be dealt with if you mix the “right” dough. It will not tear when sculpted, will not boil over, and will retain the taste of the filling.
To prepare the dough you need to take:
- Kefir of any fat content – 300 ml;
- vegetable oil – 3-5 tbsp. l.;
- salt – 1 tsp. with a slide;
- flour – 600 g.
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, and pour in the secret product – kefir. Knead until the dough reaches the desired consistency. After this, you can gradually pour in the oil, continuing to stir.
Gather the dough into a ball, put it in the bag in the refrigerator for half an hour, after which you can take it out and roll it out. Based on it, you can prepare not only dumplings, but also manti, khinkali, and dumplings.
